My friend Michael Rorke met a girl he fell in love with who was still a virgin and would always come to me for advice on how to get some honey 🍯 and I told him to be patient but not give up and promised me to marry her when she did give him some.he eventually got some honey married her raised a family 👪 and this song came out just when she gave in to him and it was a song we listened to throughout the years till they were both taken from me in a tragic accident.3 months before they passed away I visited him and he reminded me of how they would fight when they first met but had grown so close over the years and his prayer to God was that God take both of them together as she didn't know her father or have a family and he couldn't think of him leaving her behind all alone and God answered his prayer.i miss u my friend but one day I will be with u all again.Barry Dunn..South Africa.

Woke up with this song deeply pressed to my heart. I cry when I play it... Because this song speaks to a calling I have been overwhelmed by. A calling to work towards helping people realize their true essence, the reason they are put on earth. I want to help myself and people to rise up! Love yourselves and rise above your circumstances. Have faith in who you are, what God has whispered to you as a desire, an idea, a feeling to do something different, bigger, better than what you're used to! We're here to show the true essence of God's nature! Hold onto your dreams, believe in LOVE who is GOD, and GOD will shine on you one day! ♥

January 18, 2025 I believe that when you're not feeling your best, life has a way of sending you a lovely message. Like this song. As I'm driving at 2a.m. about to end my shift. This song comes on. It is my first time hearing it. As the words and instruments takes me to a loving state; I know God's light is shining on me right now! When you get to your wits end, remember that's where God lives.

Angel I struggled for many years myself doing drugs on the streets of Chicago. I'm ok now but the fight goes on. We will have to deal with this for the rest of our lives because addiction is not curable, we are just in remission. The devil wants our souls back because we served him well when we were on drugs, lying, stealing, and cheating. We got to keep God in our life because this is a spiritual battle for our souls.

Wee Gee and Ron Banks were the voices that makes "Watcha see is Watcha Get" so very, very, very memorable to me...smh And collectively, the Dramatics were one of the greatest groups ever recorded. They really were magical voices...and Wee Gee added to that magic. Thank you brother Wee Gee, you left your everlasting mark. Job well done. RIP (tears)

Now this is the song that children need to hear today. I sang this at my 8th grade graduation. This song is a testament of having FAITH in your dreams and not getting sidetracked by people who do not BELIEVE in your vision. It is a challenge to work hard and even though some people are going through alot now...all you need is FAITH and you have to keep going. Don't give up and believe in love. Dreams are the sunshine of the mind. You can fly anytime you like. Kids need inspirational songs!

It was in 1981 on a Sunday, Radio Bop played this song and the next day I couldn't wait to go buy it from Kohinoor Record Shop in Joburg. I'm still keeping it.

In 01 January1997 I left home from the Western Cape to live in Gauteng Province. I always was different, never going with main stream, with a different mindset. Not to become a teacher, a police man or a soldier. The allocated jobs for us folks during those years. My late Mother whispered in my ear "If you come back, come back to me in a Body-bag." I did not understand at the time. I followed my childhood dreams. only when i got married in 2000 I realized what she actually said was "Never let go of your dreams. Die for it." This song hit different when I listened to it. And I am still living my dreams. Teach your kids to dare to dream. Trust me, They have amazing minds.

This was my daughter's 8th grade grad song. When the hook played at the ceremony, tears were filling my eyes. I knew this song from my youth when my dad played the radio and would sing this song (drunk of course :) ). But it is such a powerful song that to this day it still touches me in a special way. Even as an adult I still want to believe in my dreams and will hold on to my dreams...

I was in a gang. Born in Chicago but raised in Waukegan. I did a lot of time so I know people from all over the the state. I know that when they put leadership in Super Max prisons, Structure left and now you have CHi RAC, sinceless crimes against our own kind. Sure there was always gangbanging since the 70's in Chicago, but the lack of Structure made the next generation worse and the Principalities of this world knew it. Remain Blessed! HE'S coming soon and there will be Eternal PEACE sooner than you think.

Music provided hope and purpose. This song personifies the west-side of Chicago in the late 70s. It was very dangerous and grimmy. But, the village was bigger than any roadblocks or obstacles that those in power attempted to exploit. We continued to succeed and persevere. The music reflected the mood, the struggle, the pain, and the undying purpose.
