This song is a testament of having FAITH in your dreams and not getting sidetracked by people who do not BELIEVE in your vision. In 01 January1997 I left home from the Western Cape to live in Gauteng Province. I always was different, never going with main stream, with a different mindset. Not to become a teacher, a police man or a soldier. The allocated jobs for us folks during those years. My late Mother whispered in my ear "If you come back, come back to me in a Body-bag." I did not understand at the time. I followed my childhood dreams. only when i got married in 2000 I realized what she actually said was "Never let go of your dreams. Die for it."
