Hearing this music means so much more now knowing it’s the last of his material we’ll ever get to hear. I thought nothing of it when this video came out, but he doesn’t look well at all. It’s bittersweet to think that he continued doing what he loved for himself and for us, despite his suffering. Admirable courage.

*CHILDREN OF BODOM* - Platitudes and Barren Words Lyrics: I'm broken, you're bent I laugh while you repent Threw punches never left a dent Kick and scream you can feed the flame Put out the fire it's all the same Just either clock out or stake your claim C'mon just lay it on the line You're running on fumes and out of time It takes more to be convincing Than platitudes cause your words are wearin' thin I rush you stall Here we go you're on a roll Driving me right up the wall Emotions left ripped at the seams The game is over or so it seems But sticks and stones won't break your fuckin' routines C'mon just lay it on the line Cut me a break don't take your time I'm up for laying down the swords Just no more platitudes or barren words I'm filled to the brim What's one more deadly sin? To lose or win Should I frown or grin C'mon just lay it on the line You're running on fumes and out of time It takes more to be convincing Than platitudes cause your words are wearin' thin I'm filled to the brim What's one more deadly sin?

No , they will never be like they were in 2000. I mean i should never compare any song of their first 4 albums because it makes look other albums and songs shit.

@@Charles_Anthony I thought Blooddrunk was a great album. The title song kicked ass at least. :) The rest of the albums after that weren't really bad, I considered overall decent, but I felt the songs sort of meld together, not too many really stood out.
