I've been to Bisbee AZ many times, living in Tucson for 23 years. Bisbee is haunted. Staying at the Copper Queen hotel I've seen more than one resident ghost. I've never felt afraid to be there. Others I know have seen the ghosts at the Copper Queen too. Bisbee is a old mining town just a stones throw from the Mexico border. It once had many brothels and some still stand today, they look like they came straight from NOLA. Pretty sure a few girls were killed there as were gamblers. They have a bike ride there they even the best riders won't do. Worth the trip because you can even take a ride thru the old mine. Only thing is rich people have discovered it and land and home prices have skyrocketed. They're taking it over like they did Sedona but unlike Sedona it's hotter than hell in Bisbee.

Realistic creepy stories are the best. There are monsters in this world but unfortunately most of them are human. Never know what an animal is capable of. Sometimes, though, they get their just desserts lol. Edit: Venganza was a perfect touch. I wonder if the first victim was of Spanish heritage.
