When people think of Mexico City, pizza typically isn't the first thing that comes to mind. But amid all the tacos and quesadillas, Mexico City has way more to offer -- like pizza. Pizza del Perro Negro is a half skatepark, half pizza joint that serves the most unorthodox pizzas in Mexico. Each pie is inspired by popular Mexican dishes, like their chile relleno pizza. Every slice holds a giant cheese-stuffed poblano pepper. Cook and founder, Tino Athie, reveals the inspiration behind his recipes: rock 'n' roll. His ultimate goal is to push the boundaries of Mexican cuisine via pizza.
