Great video! Love the halogen wig-wags! Both of the Class I railroads in my area (NS and CSX) were still using incandescent lights in 2003, but I believe the two western Class Is (UP and BNSF) had adopted LEDs by then.

Good to see this is still halogen! To be honest, none of the Chilham crossings need upgrading anytime soon. And Ashford Bowdler didn't 100% need upgrading to LEDs, not only because that's also a Cul-de-sac road, the lights were very bright too like this one! Good videos though! :)

Yeah. I had my fingers crossed as I passed the crossings on the train heading to Canterbury. It sort of relieving considering so many former halogen bulb wigwag level crossings are being upgraded so quickly. I will be visiting two other halogen level crossings in the next few days; Gillingham and Aylesford, as I know for sure Aylesford's level crossing is planned a renewal this October, and Gillingham's halogen wigwags may not last the rest of this year, although they are holding up to their age!

Is this near a bus depot of some sort, because I heard a Dennis Dart at 0:14!

Well, behind Mill Lane is the A28 which I presume has bus services from Ashford to Canterbury via Chilham and Chartham. The part of the A28 next to the level crossing had temporary roadworks with traffic signals which is why lots of engine noises could be heard constantly. I don't know of any bus depots nearby. The Dennis Dart could possibly be part of the Stagecoach company since they operate in the Canterbury area.
