As a long time subber, I'm a rather busy grandpa these days. This is the first chance I had to watch this. I realize you don't like beans but I think instead of pureeing, I would get a can of refried beans and add about half the can or so about the time you blended it to not only thicken but give the flavor of the beans. Either way, Yummy! Since I'm coming in late, I gave myself a like.

Congratulations on 6 years!! I doubt if it seems like it's been that long! What would happen if you use the immersion tool on the diced tomatoes before adding to the chili? Wouldn't that be a little easier? Or to the whole thing before adding the beef? I'm afraid I'll pulverize some of the yummy beef in the chili!
