I grew some Thai Fire Fingers out of seeds I got from him on Etsy, and I made siracha out of them, and that sauce blasts peoples’ faces off. I made Pad Krapao with it, and we were all sitting around the table sucking wind, repeating the phrase, “so good, but so hot.” Such good times. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

Khang, I introduced your channel to my mom, She loves your voice and your peppers and thinks you are as handsome as I am-her son! She wanted me to buy your peppers and bring them to her the next time I visit her in Austin. I tried the hot oil peppers you gave me last week, which tasted so good.

My favorite pepper chili oil to make is with the White Coyote Zan!!! Been growing these for years. My family owns a viet pho restaurant and we sell it there as a premium version of chili oil compared to making it with regular red peppers. White Coyote Zan has a very unique beautiful flavor

I make chili oil with a combination of KS White Thai, Hanoi Red, Gochu, and Prik Chi Faa. Santakas also work extremely well.
