CHILI - The Process of Harvesting and Processing Dishes from Green Chili - Love You Little Ones.
When it comes to chili, many of you will probably be afraid and think that eating chili will be harmful to your body. But if you eat a certain amount in moderation, whether hot peppers or sweet peppers, they are all very good for your health. As for the chili I harvested today, it is sweet horn chili. It contains protein, fiber and simple sugar components that have an unstable structure and are easily decomposed. There are also many different important vitamins such as vitamins A, C, B6 that are extremely good for health. In particular, green peppers contain a lot of trace elements, such as Potassium, Sodium, Calcium Iron and Magnesium. Therefore, when you use chili regularly, it will help your body replenish nutrients. Because it contains so many health-beneficial ingredients, today I decided to harvest and prepare delicious dishes from this sweet pepper.

Sería muy bueno que le dedicaras un vídeo reparando el comedor de los niños, tú esposo podría ser de mucha ayuda, aunque el estuvo muy alejado de los trabajos de su granja, porque incluso la rueda de madera se le rompió, pero, tratas de hacerlo tú , mi esposa te sigue siempre, y me dice busca a mi amiga, a la hora de comer y le pongo tus vídeos

My sister cannot have bell peppers of any kind, as they upset her digestive tract on their way out, and can have only so much of cayenne, paprika, and the like as dried & powdered spices. Me, I had my gallbladder removed many years ago, and have had spice & acid sensitivity ever since, which is sad. But I have discovered one (mild) pepper my stomach can tolerate, which is poblano peppers. They have a very good flavor, too! However, I still can't cook with them in a family meal, since my sister doesn't even want to try. (Given the potential end results, I don't blame her, lol. Some things just are Not Worth It.) Currently, I am living with my elderly mother & disabled sister, helping them around the house, which doesn't have good land for gardening (way too much shade, and only a small section to garden in even then.) We also live in a cold climate, so growing peppers is strictly for summertime. I am tempted to get some poblano seeds to try growing some in a pot, however. I know I can't cook for the family with them, but they're not easily found fresh in local grocery stores, mostly only in pre-made foods. So it might be good to try it that way. I just have to figure out how to keep my sister's cat away from the plants!

I can share 3 recipes with you ill share from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 They love to boil green bananas and casava and plain fry chicken chunks no breading or fry pork chunks to it and for the bananas and casava they do a chili sause that has garlic onions chillis olive oil little vinegar salt and pepper and cilantro and they put it in a little bowl as dip and the dip can be eaten mixed with the vegetables USA 🇺🇸 loves to do stuffed jalapeños or chilles they take out the seeds and stuff it with either mozzarella or pepper Jack cheese and bake them till the cheese is melted Mexico 🇲🇽 loves same stuff as Puertoricans and Americans but they also do pico de Gallo is translated to ( beak of rooster) is because the chills looks like a beak when you eat it with your fingers 😂😂😂😂 anyway this recipe is good with anything from chips tacos and meats and more has chillies onions cilantro tomatoes, smashed avocados olive oil lime juice salt and pepper And thats 3 recipes I've done myself for family and friends even though i cant eat spicy foods doesn't mean other cant enjoy it for me 😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤

Me encanta pero para que gastar material en hacer una casa si no vives ahi.no entiendo. Cual es la cosa. Para hacer un programa de cocina no tenias que construir una casa que ni usas.
