As a Scottish person i dont know so i understand what a brady violation is from your post but how do you get them on it. Who approves it, who runs the brady list, is it a judge that decides, do you need to get them charged and convicted of perjury through courts first and if so it needs a prosecutor to go ahead with it and its usually their mate so, like i said how do you affect that decision to get them to do it

Then I had them kick my door in and shoot me in the back with a taser,without warning, I could not find a lawyer that would take my case bc of the crooked judge, that had done dismissed a hippa law suit i had against a doctor that was the judges friend! Keep in mind that at the time of the arrest, there was no case law interpreting NRS Section 197.190 - Obstructing public officer. That may have been because the statute was rarely prosecuted because it was well established that the language used in the statute "willfully hinder, delay or obstruct" is very similar to the language used in the obstruction statutes of other states and appeals courts of those state had ruled that the language applied only to physical conduct and fighting words that are specifically intended to hinder, delay, or obstruct a public officer. In _Willson v. First Judicial District,_ the Appeals Court of Nevada discussed the statutes of the other states.

Judge Zimmerman sentenced you because her emotions took over her. She was quite visibly upset and allowed her feelings to influence the sentence. You never should of been placed in prison.
