Keep your house windows and doors closed, avoid going outside when neighbors are mowing grass, and use lots of fans too keep air circulation in the house. Also avoid using a house vented fan system, and instead use filtered air conditioning, with smaller fans in each room or multiple areas of the house. Good luck man!!

over a year later and I still return to this one. this came out just 1 week after the COVID lockdown hit the USA. working was hard, with fear and anxiety swirling in my head nonstop. but this mix got me into the zone - relaxed and focused, every single day. for months. on repeat. who can say why, but this mix just worked for me. to this day, if I'm having trouble focusing, I put this on to get my mind in order. thank you, chillhop and a thank-you to the amazing artists
