FYI it is absolutely legal to pull over to a safe spot off the road to take a nap. Please, never drive so tired that you start to nod-off. Driving tired is WORSE than driving drunk. It is amazing how a 45 min or even 25 min nap can completely change your state of tiredness for driving. If a cop happens to pull over and question you - just be honest and open to their questioning. They among every other driver around you will be and are thankful you pulled over. I have driven tired - fell asleep at the wheel at 5am with no sleep the night prior and was in an accident. Car was totaled, I hit a mailbox and a tree. No one was hurt. I barely sprained my wrists from waking up as the accident happened and suddenly gripping the driving wheel tightly a slit second before the crash. I feel that I was very lucky and possibly that family members who have passed away long ago were watching over me. Thanks for reading and please remind your loved ones who drive that taking a nap when tired and driving is always always the answer and that you love them

One of the most horrifying moments of my life was when i was clearing my head in nature out in the woods. I met a stranger looking for his dog, he asked if id seen one i thought nothing of this at the time so i searched with him for like 1 hour or more, then he started acting creepy he stopped many times to look at the sky, id say are you okay and he didnt reply he definitely had issues mentally. He got so close many times i could hear him breathing down my neck, i told him we'd best split up but at that point i knew my gut feeling was telling me to get out of there. He never had a dog lead (lesh) all he had was a squeak dog chew toy. I didnt realise the time being focused on finding his dog, i seen the sun was settling and i said i really have to go now, he started looking at the sky again so i walked off. Anyway i had to find another way out the woods because i wasn't going back towards him, so i ended up lost. It was pitch black at this point, i heard a car horn far in the distance so i knew that way would lead me too a road. As i was getting there i stopped walking to try and phone my Dad again, as soon as i stopped walking the crunch of twigs didnt stop i couldn't see anything i knew something was there an animal or something. Everything went quite, i said "hello, anyone there?" And then out of the darkness came a sound, it was the dogs squeak toy. I hit and adrenaline ive never felt before and i ran through everything thorn bushes i even tripped up and kept running like a dog i heard him closing in on me he was right behind me like 3 ft away as i burst out onto the road he didnt go onto the street and disappeared into the woods. It was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me, i literally couldn't tell anyone on the street what happened i couldn't breathe and was crying, i lost my phone one of my shoes i had thorn bush cuts everywhere. The police where called i told them everything, they never found him. And i never went the woods alone again.

I too absolutely love road trips and i try to take them as much as possible... Just me and my big ass Rottweiler/Great Dane mix.... Also my Glock and my Mossberg 💯😁 I definitely love taking back roads with those 3 necessary things with me!

Go to sleep earlier, you'll wake up fresh at 3. I get up at 4 for work every weekday, wasn't that hard to transition my daily schedule.

My family gets up at 2/3am when we go on vacations to the beach or wherever...it kinda drives me nuts...but we get there earlier to enjoy the day ...then almost everybody spends half the day sleeping...😂

Sound effects make it scarier when OP suddenly encounters someone scary, creepy, disturbing, etc. Story 3 - Cemetery at night would be a dangerous place to stay there even for short moment!!
