CTFDN has been and will continue to be one of my favorite sources of creepypastas and frightening tales. I have always found the choice of stories well-made and choice of subtle background effects gives you guys a eerie edge above the rest. Never fails to give me the chills. When the story of the neighbor using power tools after 10:30 first started my gut went into knots. I live in a 3 story apartment complex on the bottom floor and my upstairs neighbor for the last YEAR has been using all manner of tools throughout the night preventing me from sleeping. I've complained to management, I've even confronted my neighbor who in turn called me names and took a swing at my face like I was an annoying gnat, and I've reported him to security. Despite all this he somehow keeps convincing everyone he's falling, loosing his grip on things (butter fingers) or it's simply not him. My Mom is fully disabled and on more than a handful of occasions he's locked her back up from making her jump. He's even put her in the hospital for causing a massive seizure... and still no one does a thing. No he's not a wolf-man but is there really difference? And for those of you who say call the police - I have. They tell me to talk to management, I tell them management said to call them, but when they arrive management refuses to speak to them about it and without them they can do nothing.

I was a 5yo dumb ass. While watching Tom & Jerry, Jerry put Toms tail in a socket and tom gets electrocuted. So I went to my e socket and put my finger in. I got shocked and yelled. My mom ran in, she asked me 'what did you do!?' So I put my finger back in the socket... My mom grabbed my arm. We both got shocked, my head got knocked back into my moms eye. Needless to say I got grounded, and gave my mom a black eye.
