We are working on motion/illustrated videos, but due to budgetary restraints it is taking longer to get this going. Our Kickstarter crowdfunding effort was, unfortunately, unsuccessful.

The narrator is a good choice, he has one of those old sounding voices that sounds as if hes seen some shit in his time. Perfect for these stories.
@n0ccca3 жыл бұрын
He sounds like the road trip audiobook from HIMYM... zero atmosphere for Cool Air. I got none of the affect and emotional impact.

I like how descriptive Lovecraft is with his writing. It could be said he overdoes the adjectives but I feel it is a perfect balance.

I really must like this video now because what always happens as routine is, I snuggle into bed, start one of your amazing stories, put my eye mask on to black out any light, then let my crazy ADHD brain visualise your words, playing out the story in my mind like a movie .... however I’m never awake by the end and so I often forget to ‘like & share’! So I’m doing it now instead because i know before listening to it all that I’m goin to love it 😊 Luv you CTFDN X

I don’t know why my mother used to read me to sleep with the original brothers grim stories. Now chilling tales for dark nights is one of the few horror audios that I can fall asleep to. XD

I've loved Lovecraft since the '70's and I enjoy Otis Jiry's interpretation the best. I've heard others that made me want to hit a button and drop them through a trapdoor. Of course Morgan Freeman could read a phonebook out loud and make it interesting. Lets not forget other great voices; James Earl Jones, Sean Connery, Robert Redford, Stacy Keach and the late Hal Holbrook.

Good lineup of stories! Another short story that I've always enjoyed the sci-fi one where the narrator is on another planet in our solar system harvesting crystals used for electricity from an alien pyramid. Can't quite remember the title but one of you may enjoy it.
