Chillout Parade 2024
ChillOut is Australia’s longest-running (and best, in our humble opinion) regional LGBTQIA+ pride festival. Held on Labour Day weekend, 7-11 March 2024, this year’s theme celebrates our country roots with ‘Boots and Bling’.
Join us in Daylesford, the 'gay capital of regional Victoria’, for four days of vibrant LGBTQIA+ community events that celebrate queer country pride. Beyond parties, it's a tribute to community, diversity, and love.

This is a fantastic Parade! You will have to visit Portland Oregon when we have one of our many Parades it is huge honestly I am pretty sure it is larger then this one but quite similar. The fun and Spirit is incredible. Some of your floats also reminds me of Darcel you should look up Darcel in Portland Oregon unfortunately Darcel has since passed away but we have had documentaries made and books written on Darcel what a wonderful and fun person. We had a special anniversary at Darcels almost 20 years ago now but it was a very fun night. Enjoyed this video looked like a nice day and a lot of fun! Thanks for sharing !

Last year we attended The Bendigo Easter Parade which had the Largest Imperial Dragon. I just watched Darcelle what an amazing person he was. Oh yes I saw this years ago it was so nice seeing this again we lost Darcelle a couple years ago. What a very special person I have to find that anniversary photo we have with Darcelle and we received a cassette tape at the end with the moment Darcelle had Ron and I stand up at the show and wish us a Haooy Anniversary and teased Ron asking him what playground he pulled me off of and that was about 20 years ago so I guessed I looked much to young to be having what was maybe an 11th or 12th anniversary. 😊 Darcelle was very special a couple other much longer documentaries and books. ❤
