I so look forward to watching your videos every Sunday morning, and this one was absolutely fantastic! First of all, I love that truck! I had to get rid of mine back when gas prices went way up and I had a long drive to work every day at the time. You always amaze me.with the way you're able to connect to wildlife. I work in an unusually nice machine shop. It sits on a nice piece of property with several ponds and large grassy areas. And every summer we get several flocks of Canadian geese that come there to breed and raise their young for several months. I love sitting outside on my breaks and watching them and the other critters foraging around. Anyway, thank you for another great video. You and Miss Snow always make me smile and brighten my day.

Hi Lisette your idea of a truck camper is good. It will allow you to get into places easier then with trailer. Might I suggest a pop up style camper because when going down the road they are a lower profile so if it's windy you won't be buffited around as much and it will feel safer when your turning a corner

Hi, Lisette! Here's a suggestion for your new GMC, I have a 3500 GMC Denali CC Short Wheel bed and pull a 35-foot 5th wheel. I installed a set of airbags to keep my truck level up while towing. As my truck would sag loaded with my RV. I believe you'll have the same problem with sagging even with your 3/4 ton. truck. Great video and be safe.

I owned a Lance pickup camper. Traveled with my ex and a German shepherd and a cattle dog. Lived in that camper for a year while we built my off grid cabin. Bliss Cabin where I still live. Blessings. Lance is well made and insulated for colder weather.

Happy Sunday Lisette! Prayers for you & Ms. Snow for continued fun while enjoying your end of summer days! My suggestion for your camper/trailer, is to get one that will keep you warm over winter months if you spend any time in Canada or the northern US states. Mr. Cool air cond/heater might make something that will suffice to keep you warm or cool when needed, may need to use truck for power or an outdoor electric hookup? Make sure that the tires to the trailer are bigger/thicker for alot of highway use. If and when you are ever on the Peak to Peak Highway (just south of Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado), make sure to stop in at the Crystal Springs in Allenspark. Some of the best spring water I have ever tasted! Stay safe and enjoy your explorations!

I don’t know of any particular slide in campers to recommend but it’s pretty incredible the amenities some of them have. That lake you’re on is so peaceful. The sounds of the Canada geese and the crickets…. And then add in your kayak paddling. What a way to just remove stress and enjoy life for all it has to give. The closing with the two loons, your comments, and wishing them well, so very touching, Lisette. All of us humans have so much we can learn from watching nature. I’ve heard that these campers are good value for money and are especially crafted travel trailers with a water-resistant fiberglass body and custom interior insulation, ensuring you can embark on adventures all year round with confidence and comfort. Some have extra storage or private bathroom , fifth wheels are supposed to be good too but I really don’t know… So happy to see you and Miss Snow. In a beautiful setting.
