So when I was little, my mom would always lightly rub my arms, hands, or face and it would help me sleep as I was, and still am, a night owl and hardly ever slept. Anyway, rambling a bit. I love to watch asmr videos like this one, rubbing the head and gently combing the hair through your fingers, and if I watch closely I can start to feel it myself. Which is a bit weird but it calms me. I know the feelings well, I suppose, and I can "feel them" just by watching. Thank you for reading my odd little story, haha. Have a wonderful day.
