Chilly Garlic Noodles Recipe
Ingredients :
Real Thai Rice Sticks - 1/2 packet
Oil - 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic - 10-12 cloves
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt
Chilly oil - 3 tbsp

I have *blue elephant* 😆 brand, had ordered it from Amazon. I did not add the soy sauce however I did add the schezwan chutney and the taste was really good. I did make it once while adding ajino moto and everyone loved the taste 😂 for obvious reasons. In the end it all comes down to how perfectly you've boiled the rice noodles, neither too much nor too less. Never going back to the maida ones though.

Looks really good. I have been trying to make rice noodles at home as I am allergic to wheat and maida. But the rice noodles become so smooth after cooking that they slip off the fork. Not sure how to make them sticky.

That’s because they’re meant to be Ramen noodles i.e. these go better with any kind of soupy preparations like Thukpa, Pho etc. Not for stir fried preparations like this one.

FYI prachi jee, jab aap boil karne ki information de rahe ho toh Please puri dijiye. Mene boil kiya and sara rice stick sticky noodles ban gaya . Atleast aapko boiling part properly guide karna chahiye tha. 2 min ki video se aapke view toh bade but mera dinner kharaab ho gaya.. next time i will make it as advised by the company on the box.
