When Timothy Zahns books came out, way back before the internet, the encyclopedias at jr high said chimaera or chimera a poisious ghost shark, pronounced either way. the greek myth wasnt in there. i remembered cause I named my sailboat after that.

The problem with using Bistan's U-wing isn't the ship blueprints, it's upgrading Bistan and SRP.

i use boba in 5th slot u TL as many enemies as possible then use chimaeras buff then boba goes since hes so slow and u can basically kill half their team in 1 move (all TL enemies) since his aoe hits so hard with offense up + thrawns passive buffs

So McMole - you don't rate the Tie Reaper at all in an opening lineup? I see even a 3 or 4 star Reaper sometimes troublesome. And if you do rate it, which ship would you remove from your lineup'? Thanks.

McMole2 nice one. Good luck with the testing. For me, he has to be the first to go down, otherwise their capital ship just dominates with the TMR on your own. The Gauntlet Starfighter is another one i see thrown around instead of Reaper, but that isn’t a realistic option for me as i don’t have Saxon starred or geared. Also, nothing against Bistan’s U-Wing. It’s a good ship. I may bring it back into my lineup.

I actually run McMole’s line up with reaper as starter in Vader’s spot. It works really great and if I loose a ship I can bring in Vader as reinforcement to start the TM roll all over again. If I auto battles and RNG is with me I get victories in less than 30 seconds

I have an idea about the thirpatine team. What instead of 2 tanks putting chirrut and baze? Chirrut will give HOTs surely to him and baze from his unique, but also to thrawn and palp from his basic and first special. They will heal with 4% each turn and palpatine will get full health consuming the HOTs. Also, chase has 100% counter chance when b2 aoe's so chirrut will grant him and other allies HOTs and baze grants chirrut 10% turn meter, allowing him to use his first special. I think it will boost a lot the survivability of the team and it deserves a try.

I see former Tarkin lead really has a big influence on your strategy :P Spreading TL is still kinda useful but not as essential as for Chimaera I run the team with Reaper instead of Vader to start and there what you wanna be doing is drop the first ship ASAP, cause that’s gives you the guaranteed advantage for Capital ship turns

+KeKattia yeah, it's pretty obvious i still have tarkin strategies in my mind. I'm still waiting on reaper, the shards aren't dropping for me, but I will definitely use it once I have it unlocked.

Oh sorry, it’s actually not really because of that, I said that the wrong way, what I meant was that the purpose targeting a single toon is to remove TM from the opposing cap ship so it can’t debuff you (in case of Chimaera mainly) or reinforce. About 2/3 of my battles I end before the opposing cap ship takes its second turn, sometimes even before its first, couldn’t do that with the Tarkin-spread-debuffs-for-extra-damage-strategy

Chimera is same as CLS and most characters which came out latest. OVERPOWERED like Hell. That Game sux now. My 7* Executrix is Crap and i spent 3k Chrystals to make Executrix 7*. Thanks EA.

Been using home1 since ships launch and never dropped below rank 50. It's still 6*. Even now, 3 month later, as everyone got chimera after the repeat of event, I still have no problem dealing with them. In fact - it's executrix that I find most problematic: make a team of ships with high survivability, wait for turn 5 and win with the ulti.
