The Indigo CPP are already here and we ar all treated equally in Chimes. Once we a r in the market, they ar gonna straight away get there jobs as per the requirement of the company and we need to wait for vacancies and stuff

Job chance is not related to the academy. It depends on airline vacancy and ur skills and personality. And yes some students who ar really good get selected by chimes as ground instructors an well as flying instructors.
