Girls you should make part 3 seriously.You should eat kwacoco,poisson braise and bobolo or miondo ,egusi,koki ,ekwang .Most of these are cooked in leaves and I think you will feel the differences in flavors.

Not surprised that you guys enjoy African food so much. It is similar to Korean food in that its savouriness/umami comes alot from seafood and fermented products. Africans use dried/ smoked seafoods, fermented as well. They even have seasoning that is similar to fermented soy bean; locust beans, castor, sesame and others are fermented. That is what makes you want more of the food!

I feel so proud watching this!! Cameroonian Jollof Oyeeee!! Ndole isn’t made with spinach, it’s made with sweet bitter leaves and blanched peanuts. Sometimes people add spinach if the bitter leaves is a little bitter. Try roasted fish and bobolo next, it’s a staple in Cameroon. For drinks try Top Ananas and D’jino cocktail. Yes yes yes!! Cameroonian food is so good. A lot to choose from, amazing flavors and tastes! I can tell you both are enjoying every bit of it...and we have the best Jollof! ❤️

You guys should try Jamaican patties, curry chicken, brown stew chicken and jerk chicken we also have a drink called soursop juice and carrot juice pls try them they are good! 😋🤤

And the funny thing is that you guys just try food from the West/coastal part of Cameroon in the two videos. The country is so diverse. The list goes on and on : okok, sanga, mbongo tchobi, poulet DG, okra soup (from the North Cameroon), kilichi, soya, poisson braisé, pear (not the classical pear) and roasted plantains, groundnut soup🤤🤤...I’m hungry now😢😢

Glad to see how you love eating Cameroon dishes, just a little information Ndole is not spinach but a type of vegetable called bitter leaf (common name) or Vernonia amygdalina (scientific name). There exist 2 known specie in Cameroon Waiting for #part 3 girls
