I just wish that Bon Bon would be toned down because he does not have the qualities to be a great Alpha if it takes a tag team to get that done. , so be it.

Well that is a complete surprise, I thought it would be Gin that confronted Bonbon 1st, but no it’s good old fit throwing Max. Good for you Max, you have a baby coming to the yard soon, wonder if he has spent time with Momoko and baby. The 2nd female was Nana, she has a fierce hatred for Cherry’s family, she went all out going after Bonbon. And Marina too! If you watch in slow motion, the keepers throw Max a root 1st while Bonbon was hooting for one, Max started to eat it and Bonbon turned his head and looked at him with fire and it was on, but Max fought back. Probably not expected by Bonbon since he’s been doing a lot of bullying. Max also caught Bonbons feet twice, which I’ve read if a chimp is mad they go for feet and hands 1st, then face, so Max saw red! I love Bonbon, feel sorry for him because he’s only doing what’s inside all male chimps, but his brothers are going to rise up also and fight for alpha.

I love Bon Bon too but he does not seem to really have the qualities that he should. He never breaks up fights and is a bully. I suppose most Alpha’s are to some extent. Perhaps they will all start putting him in his place. They have the additional aspect of being in captivity and I am sure that effects things. The fact that Decky and Gin were raised by humans , I think makes them more chill. , Decky sure try’s to keep peace. I know Gin was with humans early on and then adopted by The sweet chimp Sally or something. So he had less human exposure then Decky but he seems so sweet. I have watched some old videos of Gin as a baby, how darn cute he was and what a loss his mom was. How did Miri and Gin handle it when she passed? Lucky they have such a great family to support each other. Even Furbuki was close to Gin’s adoptive mother,

Tammy Troike Sazae was a great mother to Gin and Miru, but she was a low rank chimpanzee, so I’m sure her kids are too. I don’t remember if there was video of any different in Miru or Gin.

I called this last year if some remember and was told that Max wouldnt be the one that stands up to Bonbon....I still think its a little early..but let Max put on a little size and especially now he has a family, him and Bonbon are about to have a serious war over Alpha in this group. Someone is gonna get hurt. Max has been practicing everytime he is out when he rocks back and forth then runs stomping his feet while yelling. He is working on his Alpha display. Lol. Im now, mark my words. Grandma P.....I think it was you that doubted me on this....??.....I dont remember...but someone did. I dont think Gin has the "want to" to try and pull off an Alpha challenge...I think he would just take it if it was available...I think Gin is just gonna chill as he does. Gin is the most Chilled out chimp of all....every chimp respects him because of his live and let live attitude and has the best non violent and non emotional political smarts. #Gin for President

lsubeastmode I think it was me, because he always would thrown down fits, but he is 2 yrs older than Gin, closer to Bonbons age. Looks like maybe he wants it now, but I read all male chimps want it but are they willing to fight for it. Bonbon has the muscle right now, Max has gained muscle this yr and just might get as big as Bonbon. It’s definitely a wow moment, I’m sure it won’t be the last. Nana sure has taken on a new fierce personality. You did call it and in my mind I was No Way. 😂 I used to think both brothers would attack Bonbon together but we see Bonbon was scared, I believe if they would have actually caught him it would have been bad. Kind of when me and my siblings beat my older bully brother,he left us alone then!

I'm not sure what I just saw, but it looks like Max is challenging bon bon. To what end? I know Decky can't be alpha forever, and gin sweet gin he may never be alpha. But maybe Max can. We'll wait and see.

Hopefully they will get him toned down by group effort. I love Bon Bon but he does not have what it takes and only shows brute force.

Wow!!! Makes this entire video so much more important if Max is defending Nana. Not Marina initially involved. Good eye Debra. Bonbon can wreck shop if he wanted to at anytime. Too strong and fast. But Max plus female support? Hmmmm

Wow this was intense. Marina came to defend max when bon bon picked up his leg, then pursuit started with both marina and Nana going after bonbon and then max. No wonder they dont put max out with bonbon. I've seen bonbon attack Nana a few times, I guess it's fair to say he doesnt like her much.

I've slowed it down but still cannot figure out what happened @ 1:03 to 1:05. Bonbon turns around into Maxs chase. Damn Bbon is fast. Did Max get in a bite?

I dont think he got in a bite but Max did get ahold of BB foot to bite but BB saw Marina behind Max and got the heck out of there...Max caught Bb 2 times by the foot

What a mess!!! Hahahah I had to slow down the video. Bonbon shouldn't have been so rude to Marina. After that he had to run fast chased by angry Max and others (I couldn't recognize). 1:20 at this point it seemed all over, but BB started again. Max seems to think BB is not the boss (?) Maybe some of you will help me to understand better.

That was not his mom Marina Max was backing Nana look at the video very slowly 0.24 nana coming down hill, bb diverts from Max to Nana 0.26 was the slap nana rolled down hill 0.28 nana joined by Max chasing BB.. Marina jumped on Platform at 1.04 to help Max and Nana 1.07 Nana chases BB around corner Max heads up the hill to cut him off and Marina @ 1:12 goes to the left of the frame

Debra Calabrese it’s because Bonbon thinks he’s the alpha, poor Bonbon 😢, he has what it takes to be number 2 but not the alpha. I’m beginning to see all new dynamics in this troop, this year will be full of surprises.
