Wrong Tim Ryan. The Tim Ryan you have in the NOW photos is a politician from Ohio, born in 1973. The Tim Ryan from China Beach is originally from New York and was born in 1958. He has continued to act and his last credit on imdb is a short from 2017.

China Beach " was the last TV series I watched , until the " Terminator " series on Fox, which was as I recall, only 3 =seasons ? I LOVED " China Beach", had a monster crush on McMurphy, & was in lust with K.C. KOLOSKI ! -----------Great, great series ! -------Never once saw " Friends ", -----Seinfeld "----- " Cheers " ------or, " NYPD Blue " .-----------I was working odd hours, & evenings were just too busy for network TV. I had --------sadly-------become single again, after 16+ years, & that too, played a part. No one to watch a TV show, with, made a huge difference for me. ------------------------MJL, 77 y/o
