To be honest CAAC takes every regulation from FAA(as FAA is the most experienced) and hardens them regarding SOPs. Airplanes are only allowed to be towed in airports under 5 knots and only at nights(at least it was around 2017?). They takes their budget to reward hero captains from each airline lol, some crews earned cash + bonus more than 1million USD for saving passengers.(The Sichuan Airline A320 windshield incident, flying to Lhasa, also one of the highest elevation airport.)
