I think the difference between black vs latin gangs is, latin gangs bring their tradition, culture and practices into the group. African Americans in the united states is exposed to the american culture which isn't that old. Unless they adopt practices from other cultures and make it their own. Who knows, just my 2 cent

The platform is very exterior imo, such as fashion and the formations they use, but other ethnic gangs bring the interior design into their own crew. Such as traditions and practices.
