The Lucid air charges in 15 minutes for a range of 500 to 516 miles and all for the same money and is available in the United States unlike Zeekr 001. But the Zeekr 001 is nice. But with 3 minutes of down times and a range of 570 miles, I'll keep my Jaguar XJL and leave well enough alone...

This is just another fail. A computer on wheels. Way too expensive and not worth the money without a guarantee of the company to take it back for recycling after 5 years when all the tech is broken or outdated. Why don´t these companies get it? The value comes with good aging when a car is timeless and functional even after 10 or 20 years. So ged rid of the plastic and the electronic stuff if you want to create something special.

No ways I have never owned any Chinese product that has lasted more than a few months....their reverse engineering ideas are sometimes quite clever. But it's just gimmicky crap at the end of the day when the quality sucks so much.I have what is considered one of the best sino clones of the Japanese Honda crf230l...and it goes like a rocket when it goes...but it is always breaking down and so trips into the African bush are always fraught with fear of breakdowns and expensive recovery costs...that is if the lovely south african people don't tear your bike apart or load it on a pickup or just smash it for fun or rob you and leave you dead along the roadside.Its a horrible thing to say about our beautiful country..but you really don't want breakdowns.I owned a few japanese cars and motorbikes and apart from sparkplugs,oil filters,tires,wiper blades,chains and sprockets never had to spend money on mechanics.I own a 1300 cc 5speed mazda 323 hatchback and it is fantastic to know I can start her up.afterc hecking oil and water and drive from cape Town to Cairo with complete confidence in spite of the fact that she is well over 20 yrs old. The only thing I would carry as spares apart from a Tyre is rear wheel bearings...either made by Timken or SKF...this is the only weak point on these little beauties and the fact that almost ever person you meet begs you to sell it to them..regardless of whether they haven't a cent to their name or not.Nope guys...I really won't touch a Chinese car.
