However, I'm still skeptical about China’s GDP growth consistently reaching the 5% mark annually over a 5 to 10-year period. Additionally, China might introduce more fiscal stimulus once Trump takes office. Based on his policy initiatives, China will likely implement another round of massive stimulus.

Once local government is stablised, they can pay off Contractors, Workers. Who in turn can drive urbanisation, then consumption can increase locally. This would be a slow and gradual process.
