It's Halloween, so don't be scared by some Chicken Feet! One of my mother's many variations of cold Chicken Feet. A great appetizing dish that's common on the Chinese dinner table.

I’ve missed pickled chicken feet I first ate as a kid in the Hong Kong market, I ended up liking it that every weekend my dad would take me. I’ve moved a way as an adult, and this reminds me of the flavoring of the chicken feet I had!
