I never debone my chicken feet. I pour boiling water on them to soften them so the toes are easy to cut off then I rinse and add vinegar and salt, leave for 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly and if I’m in a hurry I put them in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes then put them in a smaller pot and season as desired. It very delicious when curried or in soup. When it is properly cooked the meat just slides off the bone…delicious 😊
