I am so happy I found you! A few years ago I studied Mandarin through Rosetta Stone, got partway through the 3rd unit, so I knew a fair amount. You are helping me remember what I used to know, and you are teaching me so much more. I love your attitude and encouragement..Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for the phrases! They are really what I need now after learning the HSK 1-2 vocabulary and some grammar. I wonder if you can make a video, which discovers the origin and meaning of some 汉字. The reason for my suggestion is, when I look at the characters here, they strikingly resemble certain things to my Russian mind, 哈哈 For example, "stupid" ( 笨 ) is composed of two parts - ⺮ (bamboo) and 本, which originated from "tree": 木. And to me , the resulting meaning would be "as stupid as a tree" :D And is 蠢 somehow connected with "spring" and "insects"?? If yes, then I want to know it! )))

Teacher I love the way you speak is really easy to understand. Is it possible you make some video about how to say romantic words? About romance. Like when you call you love one my love, baby, sweetheart, love of my life, my queen, my princess, I love you baby, I miss my love just for naming some examples 😁

I think that 想 means "to think" in the sense of having a vague plan or desire. For example: 我想出去看电影 ("I'm thinking of going out to watch a movie"). But 觉得 means "to think" in the sense of having an opinion or feeling about something. 我 *觉得* 学习汉语很有意思。我 *想* 学好。 :-)
