Thanks. I've seen some strange things being use to grow cuttings including plastic milk cartons. Thanks for the comment.

I was a cheapskate with my propagator...in August, I took about 5 Elm cuttings and placed then in plastic Costa Cups and sealed over the top opening with tape. Left on my windowsill and have already started to root. I think yours will be fine though. I water my soil first so I don't wash away any of the rooting hormone by watering afterwards.

@billsbonsai they work really well so far. Tomorrow when it's a bit lighter (usually dark in Glasgow all the time 🤣) I can take a few photos. I don't normally post to my channel.
