Don't ask me why. But watching this made me tear up. Not just witnessing her complete artistic brilliance, but the music set your emotions on fire with her dynamic perfection. OK, so a wobble here and a slight wobble there, it still didn't take way from her over-all achievement on beam. I have seen others wobble and shake and went on to win Olympic Gold...!!!

I have mixed feelings about this. I love Qiu and her work so much. She has such a great mix of difficulty and those trademark Chinese beam lines, but this was not an 8.55 E by ANY international standards we've seen until now what with her shaky connections, pretty clear wobbles and that switch half. And what makes it worse is that she could probably actually really hit an 8.55 routine, but this was just not it. That aside, that BHS+arabian blows my mind every single time lol idk how she doesn't go splat every time she attempts it. Her double pike is really good too. There's so much potential for an actual 15.250 if she actually hits the 7.0 D and cleans up her execution. I hope she hits in Paris!

simone has no chance against the chinese on beam, she won gold last year because zhou yakin lost 0.3 due to a wobble. but even with the double double and maybe a front 1/2 the max she could get is 6.9. chinese athletes also have better execution. Simone's only chance of getting the gold on BB is if the chinese make a mistake

@@thiagomelo7425 Zhou had a one tenth wobble and lost a connection. Simone also has .2 built in errors for steps without choreo and numerous other issues. So please go somewhere with this bs dragging of her. You literally support Floppia Saraiva

I'm loving your uploads with small commentaries about the routines and competitions, feels like gymnastics news. Something that FIG tried to do on their channel sometime ago but just gave up, their media work is pretty weak... (Just a small detail, I'm pretty sure her BHS + Arabian is worth 0.2 CV not 0.3.)

Exactly. Simone does not hold a chance against this powerful Chinese beam. And cannot allow herself any little mistake in AA, VT and FX because Rebeca Andrade is already there aside running for gold. She has lost her power and they're really pissed about it.

@@maussoloyeah, i love simone and i think she already has the gold for the team, all around and floor. vault and beam are not 100% hers, especially beam. Without simone, team usa would be lost, for real. they are lucky china doesn’t have a gymnast like cheng fei( with good vault and floor) and that russia is not allowed this olympics.

While i love the chinese womens team, i think they are quite inconsistant. I dont lnow why because they are very talented, well trained and do well most of the time but always seem to lose it in clutch situations. And its really sad to see it happen becaue you know they can do it, they have the skills but for some reason just kind of falls apart..i hope they can get past this blickage in Paris.
