Google Lu Ban 鲁班， he was the inventor of this type of carpentry. Engineer and carpenter; he can make moving robots out of woods and is Almost 2 thousand years older than Da Vinci. Da Vinci is no match for him.

I once gave a friend's 6 yr old son a simple, small wooden truck, moving wheels, a back part to put things in. Made in China. He loved and played with it above all battery-operated toys and remembered it years later. Best kind of toy.
