Chinese Mom's 3 easy brunch kids party food, and Asian snack tasting with American Kids!

It's time for a double celebration as I take you on a journey to our twin daughters' 11th birthday at Fort Wildness Resort! I've prepared a mouthwatering spread of party food that you won't want to miss! Starting off with an Asian twist, I crafted delectable Asian egg sandwiches that were a hit with everyone. These sandwiches were a flavorful blend of textures and tastes that left our guests craving for more. If you've never tried this before, you're in for a treat! Next up, I brought out the trusty air fryer to whip up some succulent lemon chicken that's crispy on the outside and bursting with citrusy goodness on the inside. The kids couldn't get enough of this delightful dish, and it's a perfect addition to any party menu!
And what's a birthday party without pizza? We took it up a notch by making mini pizzas with two delicious flavors. The little ones had a blast customizing their own mini pizzas, and it's safe to say that these bite-sized treats were a big hit.
But the surprises didn't end there! We introduced our friends to a whole new world of flavors with an Asian snack taste testing. Some of the kids had never tried these snacks before, and their reactions were priceless. Laughs and fun were in abundance as we explored the delightful world of Asian treats!

CookingBomb! I made chinese pickles following your great recipe, and it’s been about a week. There is some white stuff at the bottom of the jar that looks like yeast, but it’s not floating at the top! Is this okay? Also, how often do I change out the spices/garlic? Do I ever take the old peppercorn out?
