你如果用Google Chrome浏览器的话，可以装一个language reactor。它会在视频播放的时候在中文字幕外，额外提供拼音和自动英文翻译。

ms jiaqi, not to be offensive, if anything i hope you will take it with a grain of salt, but this "spiritual classes" that you are participating is new age, me being an ex-new ager, in the beginning you were talking abt it i had a feeling its new age practice, once i heard kundalini i was sure. you can check out theres alot of people who came out of it including me. you are a sweet lady, and i hope the truth will set you free.
