I’ve never made sticky rice in the Instant Pot before. Thanks for showing how to do it, could save me my pot depending on what sushi I wanna do! Now I feel like sushi! Love your recipe too, I don’t think I’ve ever had sticky rice except with sushi!

Haha! Yeah it’s different rice I think but the Chinese sticky rice is super flavourful and tonnes of umami!!

I love coconut milk too! My mom used to make it that way ! The instant pot made it so much easier, it’s like a cheat code!
