There's always something so pleasing about watching weightlifters train. Minimal equipment, basic exercises, and just the desire to get stronger. Training hall videos are the best.

Man, as someone who has been squatting everyday and very comfortable with my ATG squat, these people are just ridiculous lol. Just another level.

I don't know they're on steroid or not but I'm pretty sure their body still have a proportion, there's no bubble gut cause consuming HGH or some.. their abs is thick cause they are using a lot of core strength, and that's why the abs is thick (not popping out) like the other muscle

Looks like you can just roll them off the platform and stored to the side. Seems practical.

I want to know how many times they do leg workout in a week? ... All weightlifters have big lower body according to their respective weight 🔥💤

Keep in mind that everything they do involves legs so it's basically squat heavy twice a week and squat light everyday

Yes I noticed that too. I guess it's like pulling slack on the deadlift but to reduce impact on the knees. not sure about the hips

Why Chinese weightlifting athletes tend to walk forward before squatting and then walk backwards after doint it? Why not the other way around like most people do?

I could be wrong but I believe similar to pushing a sled walking the weight forward takes out the eccentric loading of unracking the weight that walking it out backwards creates

It is easier to re-rack the weight on a racks that they use here than normal squat racks. It is also easier to go forward so maybe they don't want to waste energy before doing the squat.
