so now I've used Sugru to attach the plastic mount supplied by Chinmount.com back onto my helmet, this time I can fully trust the installation, unlike before where the plastic mount came away from the adhesive pad supplied by chinmount,

Hi Rhys, your so right, sugru has so many uses, I love it, shame I had to improve on the original, still not worth moaning at least I didn't loose my GoPro, take care ....... Colin 😊

You are correct Colin, you only used that mount a few times. Probably stuck it on better than they would recommend. I like the look off that Go Pro mount you showed? What’s it called. I might invest on one. That mount is now, well secured to your helmet, for sure.😊 Just ordered Hagon shocks for Bumble.😊

Hi Mark, yes it's certainly well fixed now, just a shame it didn't perform as they claimed, this sugru stuff is really the bee's knees, the mount I used is called a j hook mount, look on Aliexpress cheap as chips and does the job, Hagon shocks ah, nice bit of kit, all you'll be gliding on air, take care ........Colin 😀
