Here is another fantastic idea for using those awesome but sometimes difficult to design with "Chip Beads"! I have used the beads to form a "focal clump" in the centre of the bracelet bar! It's a reasonably easy project that I hope you will enjoy making!

I think it's pretty without the beads also ❤

I agree! I meant to suggest that in my video but forgot! Not everyone likes beads on everything, sometimes it's nice just to admire and appreciate the wire alone!👍😊

Oh gosh - add a really thick wire (12 gauge maybe), hammer it a bit to give it that rustic texture to match the style, tweak the loops, and this could be a hair barrette! I wonder if you could extend this to make it a cuff? Cuffs absolutely huge this spring. As always, thank you thank you thank you for your ideas and tutorials! Keep it up!

What a wonderful idea!!!! I have never made anything for hair before (maybe cos I have short hair now)😊😉And funny you should mention the cuff, I had exactly the same thought and actually made one and working on another ATM! Stay tuned! Also thank you for the encouragement, it's appreciated very much!👍❤

This is SO intriguing. I cant wait to give it a try. I like how this went and we could kearn sone problem solving techniques. Beautiful bracelet bar. Trying to think of a chunky type of chain to connect to this substantial piece 🤔. Have you shown us your torch yet? I wouldn't mind a peek to see how to anneal the wire. Meanwhile, going to try in 20ga. Thanks Linda!

Hi Max, Intriguing, I like that description! 👍😊No I haven't done a torch tutorial, as I think people would be horrified to see my setup for using fire!😯I just don't have the space at this stage to do it properly with all the safety procedures! But having said that, it still works for me! LOL,Maybe one day in the future when I am able to have a better setup, I will make a video on how I anneal! What I do for a chunky chain is make it a double or triple chain using either a 4mm, 5mm or 6mm jump ring and sometimes a combination of either 2 of them or all 3 and link them together either in 1 spot or at intervals! I think it gives that chunky look without losing it's strength and becoming uncomfortable to wear! let me know how the 20g works out for you ok? take care

20 gauge worked very well!!! It's a very strong piece. I was about to start another one when I saw your pendant version of this. Wow. I getcha on showing the torch set up. I ended up making a chain before I saw your reply. I did a rosary chain with the same material beads. Keeping your suggestion in mind for another time. Thank you!!

That looks amazing...I'm lazy though I'm just using elastic and memory wire for my bracelets but I'd love to try that crochet technique..the wire band i would find uncomfortable to wear it looks amazing though.. my skin is so sensitive, unfortunately..tfs Irene xx
