don't kid yourself, look at alphabet earning and yet it get punished hard. Anything less than what alphabet put up few days ago would be subjected for a -5%+. And alphabet is the cheapest in p/e to start with compare to the other mag 7. People keep talking about too much spending on AI as the reason for the selloff but that is going to be the case for all other mag 7 and even though alphabet spent a lot on AI, its balance sheet is still awesome, I wouldn't say the same for the others. It is funny that investors want AI but get scared when companies investing in AI.

Chip and AI stocks had their earnings run last month lol. Big money is taking their profits post earnings almost regardless of what’s reported. They’re still in the investing stage. AI profits is probably a year and a half away unless you’re NVDA
