Clever Geometric PCB Puzzle

We redesigned some of our PCBs, like the Chipmunk HDMI Tester, to be pieces in our new puzzle.

Interesting Idea! That one piece is probably slightly thicker so that you can grab it more easily.

Very cool but such a shame they don't align anymore once fully assembled. If you scaled the whole thing up slightly could you maybe inset or height-offset the plugs to make they align?

The other problem is that with components you could not flip the pieces upside down. In the puzzle the pieces are allowed to be used the other way round.
