Looking forward to your test. In Australia and have a tile and tag 2 on my keys and find smart tag more reliable. Was looking forward to the find "my device trackers" becoming available as dont like being tied to Samsung but doesnt look i can escape just yet.

Accurate. So far it seems like the SmartTag2 is definitely the best thing available for Android. I really think Google will drop their own trackers after they get the first round of consumer feedback with the Chipolo/Pebblebee offerings.

@@IllinoisDailyCarrythis seems like a pretty average/ rollout even for Google. If they are going to launch their device it will probably be in October with pixel devices. by then the damage would have been done given that the fee reviews out there haven't been great.

@@bobczz3919 you can but that is not it's intended purpose and those won't be super effective. Google: LandAirSea 54 That is what I'd recommend (without firsthand use).

So if I leave my bag in a train that has the Chipolo One Point inside of it, then other Android devices can't help me locate it? And also what is Ultra wide band tracking?

They can, if they have gotten the 'Find My' update and agreed to the TOS. UWB is a very precise way of tracking devices. Instead of general area it will lead you basically directly to the device.

You would have to realize you lost it and mark it as lost though.
