I got it in the mail along with a olight baton pro today that I ordered because I was irritated that the Nightcore doesn't have it power indicator which I think it should. One nice thing about the Nightcore though is it's a lot smaller and while both lights can use alternative batteries it's just a lot easier to throw into a pocket. I also like the beam better. I'm not a huge thrower light person. But both lights being the same price makes it kind of a tough choice between the two.

@IllinoisDailyCarry From what I have researched, wuben I guess has corrected the beam on the latest c3 lights. I have not tried a new/ latest model however, as again I am a bit soured that wuben would not have taken the one I purchased and updated, or replaced the light that was flawed. I even spoke with a wuben representative on their facebook site?? And was said to me to purchase the new updated version and did not even acknowledge my grievence about the flawed c3. I have an Obulb Plus and to be honest it is not seeing any use at all, the fact that you cannot turn it off completely = not having any power when you randomly need it. If the light has any power you better handle it with care because otherwise it will turn on, so you cannot bring it anywhere. Also the interface on the light itself is just not very good and requires alot of presses to get the light you actually need. And if they where smart they would make the charger so the light could actually stand on it... so the Obulb Plus is in the collecting dust and some cheap rando amazon china night light with a charging base is now being used instead, because it just works
