I own an amazing 4 (pre-split) shares; gonna hold for a long-term. I am betting (and don’t know) that consumers want value (not cheapest) when they visit restaurants. The market expansion & margin growth is inevitable. I own a few TXRH shares for similar reasons. I am in Canada 🇨🇦 & can’t recall ever visiting a Chipotle or TXRH restaurant.

Honestly in market typically algos favoring earnings growth trend more than absolute multiples. If something is overvalued for long time, typically remains relatively overvalued until earnings starts trending down. In most cases these companies earnings don't downtrend for longer than a year

A stock split may not increase intrinsic value, but it may help to decrease the discount between current market price and intrinsic value. (Provided the shares are undervalued)

Businesses with high labor costs that will be reduced by automation will be an interesting story to follow. It's a little early to jump on that boat IMO, but It's going to happen at some point.
