I think I have cleaned up my capital structure and valuation for my current course as well as tying in other course material that I was unsure about.

Thank you for making the videos. If you have time please make one model with UFCF and please make a tutorial on calculating WACC using CAPM

I'm probably missing something simple, but what is UFCF (I'm guessing FCF is free cash flow).

@@kevinbracker Thank you for the reply. What I mean by UFCF is Unlevered Free Cash Flow. UFCF = EBIT*(1-Tax rate)+D&A+ other income +/- Deferred Taxes+ Net change in operating working capital-CAPX. I was asking to discount Unlevered Free Cash Flow using WACC, calculated using the CAPM. Then using the sum of all the PV to calculate Enterprise value. Then add back debt, subtract cash to find the Equity Value. After that stock price would be Equity Value divided by shares outstanding. I emailed directly regarding.
