I got the new that I have bone spurs my neck and spin my back hurts so bad and my hips as well I can't sleep at night I take p. M for the pain so I can sleep they stop working it like pins in my head and in my hand my legs the same way I can't get my neck cracked I have pins in I am very worried about this

TaraTaylorable from what I've heard, breaking someones neck isn't as easy as it is in the movies haha, it would take a heck of a lot of effort for a chiropractor to break your neck, the cracking sounds are like popping plastic bubble wrap because it's just gases within the protective fluid around the joints escaping, or something like that

A real clinic evaluates you on a specific problem that you are experiencing . then follows up with joint manipulation and pt . then it gets better ...... and the art of chiropractics is more beneficial to maintaining health than common medicine
