I have had Chiropractors in the past. Best to get someone who does little to no aggressive cracking. Also if they used the drop table it is better. All this said with proper stretching , a hard floor, and a Back Stretcher you can generally avoid visits to the chiropractor. Self care is cheapest after all.

I know some swear by chiro, but I had one session and woke up that night paralyzed from the neck down with a 104 degree fever. This passed but I was then plagued with headaches that made my lifetime of migraines feel like hangnails. These would last up to 36 hours in which id have blown my head off in front of my kids if a gun was handy. Pure hell for about 6 months. Handfuls of perc 10s wouldn't touch the pain and eventually the headache would peak and I'd literally pass out from the pain and wake up hours later completely drained and every muscle feeling bruised. But hey, that's just me. You do you

I personally wouldnt go to a chiropractor unless all other options were tried. I've heard good and bad. The bad (nerve damage) seems to outweigh the good (temporary relief). If it truly worked, why do people have to keep going back?

😂😂😂my chiropractor is definitely not like any of these. I had a dislocated hip from lifting a bag of plaster from the boot of my car and was absolutely fcuked the doctor's put me on 30mg of codeine multiple times a day after 3 days of being monged out and still in pain a freind of my wife suggested a chiropractor. I was very apprehensive but had no other reasonable options. After a 40min consultation and examination he carried out a few mins of procedure and the instance the he dropped my hip back into place i had 80% instant relief, went back 3 days later for a follow up and now i have been going once a month for some time now just for a tune up and i have NEVER felt better! On another note im about an inch or more taller! Amazing!!! ❤

You will never rip my gd head off. This man is incredibly rough. A slow traction device is much safer than sudden neck thrusts. Tbh an older friend of mine had his back broken by a fat chiro that literally jumped on his back...Greg , my buddy died from complications 2 years later while trying to sue the guy. The chiro hired all types of investigators to try and catch him walking normal, but that didnt happen. He needed a walker. It doesn't take alot of pressure to snap a neck. The "doctors" showing off sexy women is the worst trend of all. They come off as perverts amd to adjust a baby, whos bones aren't strong, is plain dangerous.
