Its the exact same thing. Basically if you blank your mind meditation style so you arent thinking of anything and start vocalizing, your brain just makes a bunch of sounds familiar to your native language but in no context or order. Its kind of like wordlessly singing, but not because a singer is focusing on the actual pitches and rhythm of the sounds and this is just noise. Research has been done on it. Theres no typical language markers common to all languages (even non spoken ones like sign languages) such as subject/object/verb, tenses, grammar, pauses between concepts and so forth. Babbling like this is simply a byproduct of language and the way the brain processes it.

Linguists can transcribe these vocalisations and analyse the grammar and "decode" what is being spoken. Now, of course none of them are going to waste their time on it, but it would be hilarious if one of them did because you'd be able to map out the way that they're just bouncing between a couple of repeated vocalisations before shifting to a different set of vocalisations to bounce between and on and on. You'd also be able to identify that they are generally using "phonemes" or bits of speech that are familiar to their native language but rarely are they using foreign sounds. For example, none of these people are using guttural sounds but if a native German or Arabic speakers would be much more likely to use them. If you got a native Xhosa speaker, they would be far more likely to use "clicks". Etc.
