I've been agonizing over changes in my face, and doing your exercises for a while but something still has been a bit off...until I got to this exercise and it's been the answer - my face immediately snapped back into proportion. Hey Peta, I have been doing the exercises since July last year and I have noticed a big difference in my face very happy !!!. Im onto my second round now, series 2 but I noticed in the mirror that my neck wasn't looking as firm. I looked back on the exercises and I have missed one of the exercises that I should have been doing. Can I just add that back into the rotuine Im in week 4 of doing series 2. Hi. Can you explain the "pressing down" with the Masseter?

Hi Lisa, as you press your tongue up against the back of your teeth, you push your tongue against them for resistance, you then lift your chin to the top of the ceiling, (not your head, just your chin) and as you do, the masseter muscle will press down, as it does squeeze it some more. It is a very good strong exercise

It is hard for sure, but you will get it. I watched the teaching video over and over again. I finally got it after a couple of days of practicing in the mirror in my spare time. Watch Peta's chin when she does it and just play with it until you get it. It looks like she is moving her chin forward just a bit. I imagine you have it by now, I didn't see your reply until today. Hi Peta I am doing all the exercises and currently finishes Series 3 and onto series 4. I have a question that I still feel the cheek and jowl area needs more strengthening. Hi Mona, if you have been following the program up to S4 you would know that you cannot add exercises. Just keep following the routines and over time you will see changes. its not an instant fix

Hi shalini, i have now put all of the exercises into series 4 playlist. You need to learn the exercises then start them. Dont worry trying to watch the learning videos, learn them and just do them as a routine as normal.

Hi Gabriela, fabulous you are working thru the series! There is no S7 so just go back to S1 and start again. You dont need to create your own routines, I have done them for you. With relaxing the masseter, try doing the fascia release technique that I created, it works so well and relaxes the muscles amazingly before you start the exercises. Thank you for all your support ❤

Hi Peta:Thanks for this new exercise. Usually I do 1 day neck (front, back, sides) double chin and jaw lines and the following day I do the rest of my face up to the forehead (and so on). I've included this new one for my jaws routine but you scare me when you say I should do the whole face if I do this new one if I don't want to regret it. Hi Peta! I'm tempted to try your face exercise programme but I have a few questions. I haven't seen you address this issue in your videos so that's why I'm asking here. I was wondering: what’s the best age to start doing facial exercises? I'm 22 so while I'm done growing, aging is not something I have to worry about quite yet. Are facial exercises beneficial for someone my age? The reason I came across your channel is because I was looking for ways to sculpt my face and get more definition. I know you can’t change your facial structure but I was wondering if facial exercises could help enhance my features, even if my problem areas are not age-related. My cheeks are the main problem. I have high cheekbones but they are not very prominent so my cheeks look pretty flat from the side. They’ve been this way since I was a kid so I guess it’s genetic. Do you think it’s possible to plump them up with exercise?

hi peta, I have a problem with my jowls and I've noticed every time I do an exercise for this area I get pain and tenseness afterwards. I used to have no problem before but since I have started few excercises I press my upper and lower teeth together with preassure when asleep. shall I still carry on with this exercise?im 33, female and would love to get rid of jowls. I would make suh a huge difference in my appearance.

Great videos. Please let us know how many reps you'd suggest of each. "You can't spot exercise, this needs to be part of a whole program" is not an answer to the question "How many times should i do this?" Yes, it should be done as part of the full program, but how many reps of this particular exercise? That's what people want to know.

Yes as you do the exercise, whatever ones, it applies to all the exercises, use your focus to go to the side that you want to exercise and push a little harder or stress it a bit more as you say, compared to the other. But, are you doing a full face routine, because if not, your jaw could get worse by doing that

+man lol Hi man. No face exercise cannot change your skeletal shape. Face exercise effects the muscles and adapts the muscles to the natural shape of your features as explained in the video

You need to do it as part of a full face routine. Don't do it by itself. You are too young to start face exercise
