Thank you for your professional viewpoint. It's very difficult to explain these conditions and injuries that we, as 'common men and woman' have experienced in our tour of duty in any of the Armed Services. As a person who has dealt with this injury/condition for over three decades; it is good to see and hear, that people are telling the truth about what 'we the people, have known for such a long time, maybe, now, myself and others can find some peace in our pursuit of our Justice.' Thank you

Awesome video for introduction to Nerve Damage, an example is my particular case with damage to both arms (Hands, Elbows, and Shoulders) related to Back and Feet. I was diagnosed with Bi-Lateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and had both hands released at the wrist, Median Nerve. One of the Most unknown occupational hazards is called Vibration Syndrome and there are two forms of Vibration Injuries, and they are "Whole Body Vibration Syndrome" and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome" HAVS Damages the nerves and micro vascular circulation in the Hands, Arms, Shoulders and back. HAVS is most often misdiagnosed as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The National Institute of Occupational and Safety and the CDC have clearly documented that HAVS and CTS are separate and distinct damages. The Rub is that the VA is Allowed too intentionally misrepresent medical conditions. The VA clearly presented false medical facts to the Veterans Court. The VA stated in Court Filings and Numerous rating decisions that HAVS and CTS are one and the same based on the signs and symptoms. A key factor in the HAVS and WBVS is the circulatory damages caused by the vibration. Vibration induced injuries damages the nerve in two ways verses a single type of injury. Of concern is the fact that when the VA's misrepresentation to the Court was allowed to stand in multiple rating and court decisions. My particular case was filed in July of 1992 and has never been completely settled. I certainly would be willing to work with CCK on HAVS and WBVS education that could possibly be used in a future Video. These videos are critical in educating veterans on how the system works.

Have you seen cases of nerve damage due to an improperly placed injection? One of the immunizations we recieved was in the upper buttock, and the first time went well for me with little pain aside from temporary soreness. The second time though I noticed much higher pain upon injection, and since then (4 years ago) I have pain that lasts anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, then I'll have some good days, and it'll happen again. When it gets bad it's a sharp stabbing pain from the injection area down into my upper thigh, and it has made my leg give out in the past, either keeping me from standing up out of a seat, or almost falling anytime it spikes up while walking. It's very hard to deal with and I can no longer do manual labor, which is all I knew for work.

To the veterans go online download the DBQ forms for all your claim conditions and have your doctor fill it according to your level of incomplete paralysis mild moderate and severe depending on how the rating is for the big 3 as i call them the higher percent you will get - Remember this veteran you want your doctor to do your c&p exam before the VA even schedules you one -

It takes way more effort to move and I cannot move as far on my left side. The source is under my left shoulder blade.. I can feel it. I feel no pain. but my hand and arm feel like when your hands get super cold.. slow to move sluggish and feeling impared.. like my bare arm in freezing conditions and then trying to move it.... @@cherylagyemane8672 I was service connected for several cranial nerves on the left and right side. The VA examiner checked them on the DBQ. I had also submitted my own private DBQ which identified 1 cranial nerve but it’s severity was greater than what the examiner checked for the same nerve. The VA deferred their decision on this contention for further development. At the time they service connected me for some other contentions. The VA asked for a secondary medical opinion. They asked the doctor providing the medical opinion to verify that the nerves identified in the DBQ are a progression of my service connected condition and to also verify the severity of the cranial nerve identified on my private DBQ. The doctor providing the medical opinion confirmed that the cranial nerves the examiner checked on the DBQ were a progression. Because I had so many the VA obtained a second opinion and I feel that’s what eventually contributed to my service connection. I also had 4 years worth of medical evidence and lay statements.
