The Overseas looks fantastic but my OCD cannot get over a 5th (it should be 4th/quarter) of second sub second track with an 8 beat per second movement! There is no need for a sub second track outside of the five minute/minute one on a three hand anyway and it should just be a steel rehaught IMO.

True story - of all the watches I have, my Santos, purchased only a year ago, is just one of the best additions to my collection. It can't deliver accurate time for shit compared to my Omega/Rolex/Tudor options (I can set my watch collection based on that trinity). But the Santos just delivers - as you noted, as a dress watch. I've also purchased a green aligator strap, and wow, talk about punching up. The brown strap that came with the watch is, (IMO) almost too plain, but lets everyone pretend the Santos is a sports watch. All of the watches from Chisholm can deliver time and style. I joke - if I am wearing my Santos and someone asks the time, I answer "it is between 1 and 2." If I have my Omega on, I answer "It is precisely 1:23pm, where do you need to be?"

Your pronunciation of A. Lange & Sohne is way, way off. Your version: "Ay Lahngan Zona". In your version, either "Lange" only has 1 syllable, or you're not pronouncing the "&" at all. Correct version: "Ah Lahnguh oond Zona" Mispronouncing it is fine, but not when you follow up by saying "That's how you pronounce it" lol
